Parents are welcome at the Centre at all times. Staff are happy to explain why activities are designed and presented as they are.
Snowy Mountains Care and Early Learning Centre is managed by a voluntary Parent Committee and the Director. Parents can be involved in the management of the Centre - developing policies, managing finances and the employment of staff. All parents are eligible to nominate for positions on the Management Committee annually at the Annual General Meeting. The Management Committee meetings are held monthly.
As the Centre is a community based centre, it is asked that parents participate on one Working Bee. Working bees are held twice a year, of a Saturday morning, and parents gather at the Centre to plant, paint and repair.
